HHO: Introduce yourself to the fans

A.$.E. Allen: I go by A.$.E. Allen I am a producer song writer artist and aspiring entrepreneur.

HHO: How did your artist name come about?

A.$.E. Allen: The name A.$.E. Allen is an acronym that stands for All Seeing Eye. Growing up, my brother and I where big into spiritual knowledge and meta physics so the name is a combination of the Ajna charka and my mothers maiden name which is also his last name.

HHO: Where are you from?

A.$.E. Allen: I am from VA more specifically the 757 between Chesapeake Suffolk and Portsmouth.

HHO: Who were your musical influences growing up?

A.$.E. Allen: The List is massive but a few stand outs are Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, Nas, Eminem and Gucci Mane, of course Biggie and Pac but they didn’t come around till I started doing research into artist when I started producing.

HHO: What hip-hop albums did you grow up listening to?

A.$.E. Allen: Tha Carter was the first album I ever owned myself and is the album that really made me love and understand hip-hop while my parents used to bump outkast the love below and a bunch of neo soul like KEM album 2 and Franky Beverly and Maze’s anthology later on I had Marshall Mathers in my collection Illmatic and ALOT of Gucci Mixtapes oh yea can’t forget Jezzy’s thug motivation 101.

HHO: What is the current single/project that you are promoting?

A.$.E. Allen: The current single/Tape my team and I are pushing Is Been Real Produced by myself and my production partner DQWIK_NY found here https://soundcloud.com/gernenation as well as my own beat tape All Seeing Eye Instrumentals VOL. 1 all original productions that where made over the course of last year available on DatPiff http://piff.me/f402735.

HHO: How did the record come about?

A.$.E. Allen: Really Just vibing in the studio I started the melody with a sick brass sample I came across and QWIK came in and added that last bit of finesse next thing I new I was chanting put ya hands in the air if you been real and that was it. I felt a sense of inspiration and wanted to translate that to the track and the would be listeners.

HHO: What would be your dream collaboration with any rapper or producer?

A.$.E. Allen: I’d definitely work with curren$y it would be a tape solely about our love for weed.other acts would probably be Gucci Mane and I’d love to co produce with Metro boomin or flying lotus.

HHO: How has the response from your fans & djs been?

A.$.E. Allen: We’re still trying to gain exposure so feedback is minimal but for the few that have taken the time to listen the feedback is overwhelmingly positive and we love every single one of them for it.

HHO: What artists do you listen to the most?

A.$.E. Allen: Currently I’ve been an a turn up spree so Dae Dae, Drake, 21 savage, and Migos have been in rotation in the whip frequently, but I do enjoy listening to J Cole and Tori lanez newest projects. Also Curren$y and is a staple during recreational sessions.

HHO: What are your plans for 2017? What are you doing that others are not?

A.$.E. Allen: 2017 is nothing but work and grinding but mostly singles from myself and other artist on my team. I believe we’ve produced about 25 beats and made 9 tracks since the year started. We plan on launching a platform made by artists for artists and that’s all the details im willing to give but Its huge trust me.
